Throughout the day, Josette leads an intimate exploration: the difference between circumstance and conclusion. Where our power actually lives. The beliefs we have stopped questioning. The possibilities we dismiss before we investigate them. The relationship between the body, energy, and choice. And the extraordinary agency available to us when we begin consciously participating in our lives.
Through movement, teaching, conversation, guided visualization, embodiment, and reflection, we will explore not who you should become — but what might become possible when you stop assuming so much has already been decided.

More than fifteen years exploring human potential.
Josette is a former professional dancer, entrepreneur, author, and nationally recognized wellness educator whose work has explored human potential for more than fifteen years.
A top digital author on DailyOM and Humanity's Team, she has worked alongside leading voices including Gregg Braden and Don Miguel Ruiz, spoken on wellness stages around the world, and received Congressional recognition for her contributions to health and wellness education. She is a Santa Barbara Local Hero and serves on the Women in Leadership Advisory Board at UC Santa Barbara.
In 2011, Josette was diagnosed with advanced rheumatoid arthritis and told the disease was irreversible. Her extraordinary recovery changed the course of her life and became the foundation for a much larger inquiry into healing, agency, and what human beings may be capable of when we question what we have accepted as certain.
Today, her work is devoted to helping people recognize their own capacity to choose, create, and participate more fully in the lives that are theirs.
