ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP
This workshop is for creativity seekers.
THIS IS NOT a business workshop, however many creative entrepreneurs have taken part in it, with many of them finding that it gave them new ways to clear space for new creative business ideas and for inspiration to reach them.
Over the course of a month, we will explore ways to create space to allow creativity, new ideas and inspirations to reach us. We will look at ways to tackle blocks like procrastination and imposter syndrome, what role our intuition plays in the creative process, as well as the importance of creativity and creative ritual in our lives.
Time requirement: 900 seconds a day.
This workshop is for anyone who wants to live a more creative, intuitive life.
…Or, as I call it, la belle vie (the beautiful life).
ONE MONTH, FOUR MODULES
W E E K O N E
energy
cre·a·tive en·er·gy
adjective
relating to or involving the use of the imagination or original ideas to create something.
In week one we will explore creativity and ideas as energy. We will look at how to clear space for new ideas to arrive to us and how to separate the voice of intuition vs mind chatter. By the end of week one, you will have an insight into your personal ritual of receiving ideas and inspiration, and we will look at how to shift energy when we feel like we are in a rut or are procrastinating.
W E E K T W O
emancipation
e·man·ci·pate
noun
the fact or process of being set free.
Week two of this workshop will be peeling back anything that is proving to be a creative block. We will look at the process of creative alchemy, as well as imposter syndrome. Week two is a powerful week of change, as we become aware of what we need to clear to step into our true creativity (and also learn tools to assist in moving creative blocks).
W E E K T H R E E
emergence
e·mer·gence
noun
1. the process of becoming visible after being concealed.
2. the process of coming into existence or prominence.
We move into the third week of this workshop feeling a little (a lot) lighter. We’ll look at creative practices we can use to develop rituals for our creativity. How we can best honour not only the creative process, but also the creative life we are building the foundations for.
W E E K F O U R
enchantment
en·chant·ment
noun
1. a feeling of great pleasure; delight.
2. magic.
In our fourth week together, we will study the poetry of synchronicity and also look at alternative practices you may wish to incorporate into your creative practice. This week will also focus on ways to keep our creative cup filled and how we can use this magic as creative service.

“As someone who is always strategising, looking at my ideas as entrepreneurial projects, I found this creative workshop refreshing. The universe buries strange jewels deep within us all, and then stands back to see if we can find them. The hunt to uncover those jewels — that’s creative living. The courage to go on that hunt in the first place — that’s what separates a mundane existence from a more enchanted one.
